The project of
General Directorate of Forensic Evidences wanted to have a Tier 2 data center with full ICT infrastructure redundancy covering Computers, Networking, Storage and Security facilities along with the Operations Center for Operators as well as Security Operations Center (SOC), Network Operations Center (NOC) and remote Container Data Center, at Forensic Evidences campus for developing the capabilities of criminal laboratories with forensic evidences in Saudi Arabia (the fourth stage).

What did Synoptic do?
Synoptic along with its affiliate has fulfill Forensic Evidences project requirements by designing, civil contracting, building, developing, operating and maintaining state of art full redundant Tier 2 Data Center General Directorate of Forensic Evidences consist of dedicated area for ICT infrastructure facilities (Services, Storage Network and Security equipment) along with the Two Operations Centers 1- Security Operations Center (SOC) and 2- Network Operations Center (NOC) as well as remote Container Data Center.
Furthermore Synoptic Engineers operate and maintain the full solution for three years as well as train and transfer knowledge to the General Directorate of Forensic Evidences concern team.
